How big are the pinatas?
We have three different sizes of pinata - mini, standard, and giant.

Do you have pinatas that are plain - that don't talk?
Yes, we do. Check out the pinatas. Next to many of the pinatas is a drop-down menu that says, "Select the type of pinata" Click there to change the type of pinata. Hit-activated means that the pinata will talk when you hit it. Plain (no device) means that the pinata will not talk. It is a regular pinata.
Can I order the talking device by itself?
Yes, the device may be purchased by itself. A variety of voices are available to match a variety of pinatas, so when you order your device, select which voice you would like. The device can be ordered here.

Do I have to choose the phrases on the devices?
No, the devices come pre-programmed with phrases that match the voice or pinata.

Do the pinatas already have candy in them?
You can add candy when you order your pinata or purchase candy and fillers at our Supplies page. If you do not order candy, your pinata will arrive empty.
How long does it take for the pinata to ship?
For in-stock orders of small quantities, i.e., 1 - 10 pinatas, we generally ship within three business days. Time in transit to your location is determined by the method of shipping you select when you check out. FedEx Ground can take as long as 5 business days, depending on your location. If FedEx Ground will not meet your shipping requirements, please call 915-591-7868.
Can I upgrade my shipping once my order has been placed?

What is TalkingPinatas.com's return policy?
If your talking device is not functioning when you receive your pinata, we can send a replacement talking pinata. If we are unable to meet the day of your event, you can return the pinata for a full credit, only in the case of malfunctioning talking devices. Please note: If the pinata is not damaged or malfunctioning, TalkingPinatas.com can not issue refunds. Because all pinatas are handmade, the styles and colors of the actual pinatas you receive may vary from the pictures on TalkingPinatas.com.
